by commissioning me, you agree that the work i provide can be shown in a portfolio. however, i will not claim ownership of anything presented outside of my own art (ie: designs, characters, etc). i will not use any art or designs for a commissioner commercially.

you are free to use anything i make as an icon, wallpaper, general personal decor, etc. without asking for permission.

you're free to upload my work on your own social media, but credit is required.

editing small features on any finished product delivered is fine to do without permission.

you may crop, overlay assets on top of, and decorate the art any way you wish to (within reason) without permission.

you may make merchandise (such as prints, keychains, etc) of content i create for you, but only if 1. it will be only for yourself or 2. a gift. please do not mass produce anything i create.

please do not use my work commercially. this includes (but is not limited to) vtubing, accessories, stickers, prints, etc.

do not ever use my art for hate speech or anything adjacent (ie: whitewashing, etc).

you are free to resell, trade, or gift my designs. please do not resell them for higher than their original value if there is no extra art attached.

it is highly encouraged that you possess a Toyhou.se account if purchasing a character or design from me for tracking reasons.

you are completely free to redesign something i have made in the way you prefer most without permission, but please ask first if you wish to convert a design into a closed/open species design.

do not heavily reference my designs or use my designs for "breedings" or "fusions". please do not make sibling or parent designs without explicit permission.

please do not use my work commercially. i will not be accepting any commercially related commission inquiries at this time.
